Lincoln, ON – (June 23, 2026) – The Town of Lincoln wishes the community a safe and happy Canada Day. Some Town facilities and services will have altered hours for the Canada Day and the observed Statutory Holiday on Wednesday, July 1. Please see below for details. 

Facility Hours 

Town Hall 

Wednesday, July 1 | Closed 

  • Water samples will not be accepted after 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, and we will resume accepting samples on Thursday, July 2.  
  • Alternative drop off locations can be found here. 

Lincoln Community Hub (Former BDSS) 

  • Tuesday, June 30 | 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, July 1 | Closed

Join us for a family-friendly celebration including activities, live entertainment, food vendors and an amazing firework show!

Fireworks in the Town of Lincoln 

As per by-law number 07-77 “A Bylaw to Prohibit and Regulate the Sale and Use of Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Special Effects Within the Town of Lincoln”, fireworks are permitted on Canada Day.  

Fireworks are permitted two days before and seven days following the holiday.
