Please note that the online portal / e-billing service is temporarily unavailable due to a software update. E-billing customers in Vineland/Jordan will receive an e-mail notification when it is back online, and a paper bill is being sent in the interim. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Town of Lincoln brings you the convenience of reviewing your accounts and transactions in a free, secure, environment from anywhere, at anytime for:

Property Taxes
Utility Bills (water & wastewater)

Please note these services are offered through a third party portal. You will leave the Town of Lincoln website.

E-billing Instructions

E-billing delivers bills directly to you electronically and eliminates physical paper copies from being mailed. There are different instructions for Property Taxes and Utilities.

Pre-Authorized Payment

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plans allow the Town to directly withdraw amounts due from your bank account based on the plan chosen on the forms. The following forms can be submitted via email along with a void cheque.

Account Updates

Although Utility accounts will be transferred when official transfer documents are received from lawyers, this documentation does not contain all information required for a Utility account and is sometimes delayed. Property Owners can submit the following forms directly to us via email to ensure final meter reads and billings are processed in a timely manner.

Methods of Payment

- To be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date and addressed to:

- Online banking, telephone banking, ATM Machine, software linkups, etc. (It will be necessary for you to apply at your financial institution for this service).
- Property Tax – Go to your on-line banking and search for “L” for Lincoln-Property Taxes under add payee. Use all 19 digits of your roll number; no dashes or spaces.
- Utility Bill - Go to your on-line banking and search for “L” for Lincoln-Utility/Water/Wastewater under add payee. Use all 12 digits of your account number; no dashes or spaces.
- Please allow sufficient time for payments to reach the Town by the due date. Up to 3 business days may be required for bank payments.
Through  Paymentus Corporation, a third party automated payment service, that accepts Visa or Mastercard. A convenience fee will be charged. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  When using Paymentus, please note that there is a 1.75% charge for making Property Tax or Utility payments and 3% for Miscellaneous Payments from the third party.
Effective January 1, 2026:   When using Paymentus, please note that there is a 2.5% charge for making Property Tax or Utility payments and 2.5% for Miscellaneous Payments from the third party.
