Request a Business Celebration Certificate from the Mayor

A certificate from the Mayor can be issued to organizations, institutions and businesses located in  Lincoln who have special milestones or events such as: 

  • New business opening 
  • Anniversary of non-profit, social and service clubs (25 years or more in five-year intervals) 
  • Anniversary of a private company (50 years or more in five-year intervals) 
  • Service recognition of individuals or groups 
  • Significant achievements on behalf of the community at sporting tournaments, events, etc 

Include as much information about your event or achievement as possible, and submit your request at least four weeks before the event. 

Letters of greeting and messages from the Mayor are issued at the discretion of the Mayor's Office.
