Nomination and Candidate Profiles
Review the list of Candidates who have submitted their nominations for the 2026 Municipal Election. Nominations will be open May 1 until August 21 at 2:00 p.m.
Please note that no candidate will be certified until Certification Day on August 24, 2026.
Offices To Be Elected
As directed by Council, the Town of Lincoln completed a ward boundary and Council composition review, resulting in changes to both ward boundaries and the structure of Council (By-law 2025-28).
Offices to be elected:
- One (1) Mayor to be elected at large
- One (1) Regional Councillor to be elected at large
- Six (6) Councillors to be elected, two (2) in each ward
- Ward 1 (2 Councillors)
- Ward 2 (2 Councillors)
- Ward 3 (2 Councillors)
- One (1) English Public School Trustee - District School Board of Niagara
