- All persons participating in the drop-in program must complete the participant waiver. Waivers only need to be completed once for calendar year. Participants under the age of 18, must have the waiver completed by a parent/guardian.
- Advanced registration is encouraged (not available for open play). All participants must sign in at the reception desk upon arrival.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a caregiver at least 16 years of age.
- Grouping and game management are the responsibility of the participants.
- It is recommended to bring your own equipment. Limited equipment is available for use.
- This is a shared activity area. All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
- Recreational use only. No organized practices, leagues, or tournaments.
- Change rooms are not available for use.
- Water refill stations are available - bring a refillable water bottle.

Where are programs located at the school?
Pickleball will take place in the Recreation Gym in Wing 3 or the Small Gym in Wing 1 of the high school. Wing 3 is located at the back of the high school with access to the space through the main doors of Wing 3. Wing 1 access is the side entrance of Wing 1 off the main parking lot.
Where do I park?
Parking is available in multiple locations at the school. See Map below.
Where do I register and pay?
A Customer Service Staff will greet you when you come in and will register you and take payment. We accept cash, debit and credit card. You can pay as you go, purchase a Clip Card or Summer Pass. Clip cards and Passes can be used at both Fleming and BDSS for pickleball.
Are changerooms available?
Currently changerooms will not be available. Washrooms are located outside the gym doors.
Is the gym air conditioned?
No, the gym is not air conditioned. Staff are dedicated to finding a solution.
