Paid Visitor Parking:
Starting July 2, 2026, the Town of Lincoln will be implementing a Paid Visitor Parking Pilot Program for guests visiting Charles Daley Park. During this pilot program at Charles Daley Park, Lincoln residents will continue to park for free, once they have registered for a resident pass/permit for the 2026 season.
We will offer on-site, paid visitor parking at Charles Daley Park for visitors, at rates of $3.25/hour or $20/day.
Paid visitor parking helps support the ongoing maintenance, operation, and enhancement of the waterfront park experience for all users.
