The Town of Lincoln, in collaboration with the Lincoln Garden Club, is hosting a digital Summer Garden Showcase to celebrate local, sustainable gardening excellence.
Celebrate your garden and your community in a place to grow, prosper and belong.
Lincoln residents are invited to participate in the digital Summer Garden Showcase by submitting photos of their gardens for a chance to be featured on the Town’s social media channels throughout the summer.
This program is:
- 100% digital – no in-person judging or site visits required
- Easy to join – simply nominate yourself by submitting photos online
- Community-focused – all participants will be celebrated through weekly social media highlights
At the end of the program, three participants will be selected through a random draw to receive gift cards to local garden centres.
As a thank you, all participants and their immediate family members will be invited to attend a community BBQ in late August or early September. The event will also welcome members of the Lincoln Garden Club and ParkLyft volunteers, similar to the traditional Adopt-a-Park celebration.

You don’t need a professionally designed garden to participate – just a love of gardening, a commitment to sustainability and community spirit.
Program Dates
While there is no official deadline, participants are asked to submit by late August to receive recognition and participate in the BBQ event.
Eligibility
The program is open to Lincoln residents and businesses. Address must be included when registering.
Recognition & Prizes
All participants will be recognized, as we have moved from a contest to a celebration of all qualifying entries.
All participants will be entered into random draws for one of three $25 local garden centre gift cards! Prize winners will receive digital gift certificates – a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to paper or plastic gift cards.
