Lincoln, ON – (June 2, 2026) – The Town of Lincoln is implementing a visitor paid parking program to Charles Daley Park (1969 North Service Road, Jordan), beginning July 2, 2026

During this pilot program, Lincoln residents will continue to park for free, once they have registered for a resident pass/permit for the 2026 season.

The program is intended to help manage increasing visitation, support ongoing maintenance and operations, and ensure the long-term sustainability of one of Lincoln's most popular waterfront destinations.

To receive free parking, residents must register online and obtain a resident parking code prior to visiting the park. The code can then be used when parking at Charles Daley Park to exempt eligible residents from parking fees. Residents are encouraged to register early to ensure they are ready when the program launches on July 2.

Visitors who are not eligible for the resident exemption will be required to pay applicable parking fees during the pilot program period.

For details on parking rates, resident eligibility, how to register for a resident parking code, and answers to frequently asked questions, visit Lincoln.ca/paid-parking.

For additional information, contact the Town of Lincoln at 905-563-2799 or email parking@lincoln.ca.

Visitor Parking

Visitors may pay using coins or card at one of the five on-site parking meters or through Precise ParkLink’s secure online payment system by scanning the QR code posted on signage throughout the park.

Approved permit holders may park without paying the hourly or daily visitor parking fee during the paid parking season.
