Lincoln, ON – (August 28, 2025) – The Town of Lincoln’s Municipal Law Enforcement (By-law) offices have moved to 4317 Central Avenue, Beamsville (the former Beamsville District Secondary School). Offices are located inside the front doors of the building.

To ensure a Municipal Law Enforcement officer is available to assist you, scheduling an appointment is highly recommendedBecause officers are frequently out in the community responding to calls and conducting inspections, they may not always be in the office for unscheduled visits. Appointments can be made by:

By-law Complaints

If you have a concern or question about an issue under By-law jurisdiction, the Town of Lincoln offers the following ways to submit a complaint:

1. Online Complaint Form

  • Available on the Town’s website.
  • Submitted forms are forwarded directly to the Manager of Municipal Law Enforcement.
  • Complainants are notified once the complaint is successfully received.

2. Telephone

  • Business hours: 905-563-8205 ext. 280 or 289
    • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
    • Saturday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • After hours: 905-563-2799 ext. 289 (leave a voice message; an officer will return your call the next business morning).
  • Complaints requiring Niagara Regional Police:
    • Active noise concerns
    • Parking-related safety issues (e.g., fire hydrant obstruction, sight-line issues, vehicles on major roadways)
    • Call 905-945-2211, Option 1

3. In Person

  • Visit 4317 Central Avenue, Beamsville during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • If staff are unavailable due to onsite enforcement duties, please schedule an appointment:
