By-law Complaint Form

We encourage residents to communicate with one another to resolve issues if possible. If you are unable to reach a solution, we are here to help you. Let’s all continue to be courteous neighbours, so that we can maintain the integrity and respect of our wonderful community.  This form will be immediately forwarded to our staff upon submission.

When reporting a concern please keep the following in mind:

• Describe the situation in detail by stating what the problem is, along with a suggestion for an ideal solution to the problem. This will help us process your submission as quickly and effectively as possible.

• It is important for the complainant to identify oneself, so that the officer can advise the complainant of the results of the investigation. 

• We remind residents that anonymous complaints will not be received.

• Personal information contained in the form is protected under the Municipal Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of responding to the complaint. 

• When a complaint is received, it will be directed to the appropriate enforcement agency for investigation and follow-up.
