The Town of Lincoln is now accepting applications for the position of Site Supervisor for the Summer Camps.  Our Day Camps consist of fun-filled days of crafts, active and co-operative games, environmental activities, music, swimming and splashing and much more! The Town operates three (3) camp locations, one in Jordan and two in Beamsville. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the locations.

A Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Camp Coordinator with the planning and implementing of a high-quality and engaging program for children ages 4 – 12. In addition, Site Supervisors are responsible for supporting and supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring a safe and positive day camp environment for all, in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined by the Town. 

The Successful Candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  •  Current Standard First Aid / CPR C certification;
  •  HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development Certificate;
  •  Minimum two (2) years’ experience working within a camp setting;
  •  Some supervisory experience is preferred;
  •  Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (for those candidates over the age of 18);
  •  Planning on returning to school in the Fall of 2026.

This is a full-time summer position; shifts will vary between 7:45 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday. The hourly rate is: $19.41.
