In an effort to create a positive impact within our organization, Town of Lincoln has been awarding staff for going Above and Beyond to create a better workplace and a better Lincoln. 

The Above & Beyond Employee Recognition Program is your opportunity to recognize the exceptional contributions of Town of Lincoln staff. You can nominate any staff member who goes above and beyond in their role, whether through a standout achievement or consistent day-to-day excellence. 

With three award categories, the program celebrates both individuals and teams who demonstrate initiative, provide outstanding customer service, and embody the Town’s core values in everything they do.
