Lincoln, ON – (January 31, 2022) – The Town of Lincoln has been alerted to a phishing scam that is sending text messages to Lincoln residents about a “city council rebate.” Please be advised that these messages do not come from the Town of Lincoln and such a rebate does not exist in Lincoln.
Should you receive this message, please report it to your service provider, block or ignore it.
