Recreational & Sport Facility Access Reminder
COVID 19 Updates Proof of Vaccination Requirement:
Proof of vaccination or documented medical exemption accompanied by proper identification (name & birth date) will be required for all recreational and sport facility users aged 12 and up, regardless of the purpose of the visit. Use of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app in settings where proof of vaccination is required. The QR code can be used digitally or by printing a paper copy. The verification process for medical exemptions will require a certificate with a QR code. Physicians' notes will no longer be accepted.
