Lincoln, ON – (November 21, 2025) – The Town of Lincoln is undertaking important maintenance work on High Road Bridge to ensure its long-term safety, structural integrity, and reliability. This work follows the Town’s 2024 Bridge and Culvert Inspections, which identified the steel bridge decking as requiring repair.
Road Closure Timeline
Tentative Start Date: 7 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025 (weather dependent)
Estimated Completion: 5 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2025 (weather dependent)
What to Expect
A temporary road closure near High Road Bridge will begin on Monday, November 24, 2025. Traffic delays may occur at times throughout construction. Access to all residential driveways will be maintained at all times. Emergency vehicle access and garbage collection will not be impacted during the project.
