Statement from the Town
We are very saddened to learn of the passing of a visitor to our community after an incident at Charles Daley Park on July 17. Our deepest sympathies are with Mr. Pearce’s loved ones.
Please note that this incident is still under investigation. Niagara Regional Police are looking to speak with anyone who attended the park Thursday morning between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
