The Town of Lincoln is currently experiencing issues with the Bell voicemail system due to a widespread outage on their platform, affecting all Bell Total Connect customers.
When calls are transferred to a Town of Lincoln staff member’s voicemail, the caller will receive a message that states “The party that you are trying to reach does not subscribe to voicemail. Goodbye.”.
Bell does not currently have an estimated time or date when this issue will be resolved, however, the Town will continue to follow up on missed calls and provide any updates as they are received.
Until the issue is resolved, callers are advised to not opt to transfer to voicemail as this process will disconnect the caller.
