Public Notice
The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has scheduled a culvert replacement on the on-ramp to the Toronto-bound QEW at Victoria Avenue in the Town of Lincoln. This work will result in the following ramp closures and potential delays:
Schedule of Closures
Closure 1
- Date: September 26, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Closure Type: The on-ramp from North Service Road to Victoria Avenue will experience a shoulder closure.
- Delay: No expected delays.
Closure 2
- Date: September 26-27, 2024, from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Closure Type: Full closure of the on-ramp from North Service Road to Victoria Avenue during night work.
- Delay: Expect delays of up to 7 minutes.
Closure 3
- Date: September 27-28, 2024, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Closure Type: Full closure of the on-ramp from North Service Road to Victoria Avenue during night work.
- Delay: Expect delays of up to 7 minutes.
Closure 4
- Date: September 28-29, 2024, from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Closure Type: Full closure of the on-ramp from North Service Road to Victoria Avenue during night work.
- Delay: Expect delays of up to 7 minutes.
Emergency vehicle access will be maintained during the closures.
Updates will be provided on the 511 Ontario Traveler Information System.
