Please be advised that Eleventh Street north of Fourth Avenue will be closed to install a new cross culvert, on:
- Thursday, September 24, 2026 (weather permitting)
- Between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Emergency vehicles will have access, and one lane of traffic will be opened at a time.
