Notice of Workshop #2 - Vineland Central Business District (CBD) Strategic Vision and Master Plan
The Town of Lincoln is inviting the surrounding community to meet and discuss development of a vision to guide growth and development. This is the second workshop that is being held in this regard to ensure all members of the community who wish to participate are able to do so.
The goal of this meeting is to provide information on the existing land use permissions in the Vineland CBD and identify key principles and objectives that should shape a long-term plan to create a vibrant and attractive destination in Vineland. Please note that there are no decisions being made at this meeting as it is only intended to facilitate initial discussions in this regard. Municipal staff will be in attendance to answer your questions, provide the Provincial and local policy context and identify constrains and opportunities for future development.

Location: Vineland Research & Innovation Centre, Building 3 – Province of Ontario Building, 4890 Victoria Avenue N., Vineland
Parking: Note: parking is limited at Building 3. More parking is available behind Building 2, then a short walk to Building 3 (see map below).
