Recognizing the community's interest and concern towards the proposed development at 5205 King Street, Beamsville, the Council of the Town of Lincoln has voted unanimously for Report No. PD-28-25, originally considered in closed session pursuant to section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on November 3, 2025, to be released to the public.

Recognizing that this proposed development is of concern to members of our community, Town Council unanimously supported the recommendations in this report which include challenging the OLT appeal, as well as the sharing of the report with the public.
