The Town of Lincoln would like to inform residents and visitors about upcoming filming activities in our parks by Canadian production company Shaftesbury. The following details outline temporary adjustments to park access and road closures:
Frost Road Closure
Frost Road will be closed at Kinsmen Road from October 7 to 8, 2024, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. each day for filming.
Vehicle access to the parking lot at Kinsmen Park will be restricted, but all park trails will remain open and accessible to pedestrians during filming. Emergency services have been notified to ensure necessary access if needed.
Intermittent Stoppages at Blezard Drive & Mountainview Road
Please note that there may be intermittent stoppages as filming progresses, along Blezard Drive and Mountainview Road on October 9, 2024, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The rain date will be on October 10, 2024.
The film crew’s vehicles will depart Kinsmen Park upon completion of filming on October 8, with the exception of a few spots to facilitate the wrap up on October 9.
