Please be advised that there will be a rolling closure on Claus Road between Cherry Avenue and Victoria Avenue for the placement of the final bonded wearing course surface. The timing of the closure will be as outlined below. The work will be starting at the Cherry Avenue intersection and paving the full road width to Victoria Avenue over the course of the closure.
Access will be available for all businesses, patrons, and residents. There will be flaggers stationed at each intersection directing drivers to either one intersection or the other, based on the location of the paving equipment and the drivers’ desired location.
Date/Times:
- Claus Road between Cherry Avenue & Martin Road:
- Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from approximately 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (weather permitting)
- Claus Road between Martin Road & Victoria Avenue:
- Thursday, October 12, 2023, from approximately 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (weather permitting)
All emergency services will be notified, and access to the area will be available in the event of an emergency.
