Project Description
Phase 1A includes reconstructing the section of Greenlane from Lincoln Avenue to Cedarbrook Lane to an urban standard, including new storm sewers, curb and gutter, a multi-use pathway, sidewalk and large culvert replacements. The Town’s local watermain along with the regional transmission watermain will be replaced from Lincoln Avenue to Ontario Street.
Proposed Construction Improvements:
- Separate cycling and pedestrian facilities in an in-boulevard multi-use path (south side)
- New municipal watermain and regional transmission watermain
- Upgrade roadway illumination
- Complete road reconstruction
- New storm sewers & curb and gutter
- New sidewalk (north side)
- Large cross culvert replacements
- Pedestrian crossover (PXO)
Public Engagement
The Town of Lincoln has arranged for in-person public engagement to allow residents and interested members of the public an opportunity to review the final design.
The Public Information Centre is scheduled to be held as follows:
- Date: September 19, 2024
- Time: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Place: The Fleming Centre, Second Floor | 5020 Serena Dr., Beamsville
