Please be advised that the temporary road closure at the Ontario Street and Greenlane intersection is being extended until Wednesday, September 18, 2024, due to ongoing work. Crews are working to expedite the completion of sanitary manhole and piping installation as quickly as possible. Westbound traffic on Greenlane turning northbound onto Ontario will remain open with traffic control measures in place. Northbound traffic along Ontario Street will also remain open with traffic control measures.

Detours
- Southbound traffic: Ontario Street (Regional Road 18) > South Service Road > Bartlett Road
- Eastbound traffic: Greenlane > Lincoln Avenue
- Westbound traffic: Greenlane > Ontario Street (Regional Road 18)
Businesses and residents along Ontario Street will have access up to Greenlane while on Ontario Street but will only have northbound access through the intersection.
Businesses and schools will remain open at all times.
What to Expect
During construction, expect dust, periodic noise, and road closures near construction activities with detour routes set up through nearby neighbourhoods. Advance notice will be provided if access to your property or services will be interrupted. Working hours will typically fall between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Some activities may require working hours outside of these times.

This work involves heavy equipment and open trenches. Please keep away from all fenced areas and follow the posted safety signage. Always keep yourself and others a safe distance from all work areas.
