The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the Town of Lincoln.
Detectives assigned to 8 District are searching for Andrew DEEMING-HALE (56 years) of age. He was last seen in the area of Victoria Avenue near Rittenhouse Road, on September 17th, 2022.
