Lincoln, ON – (January 26, 2023) - The Town of Lincoln is thrilled to announce the launch of its new and improved website, Lincoln.ca.
The new Lincoln.ca is designed to showcase the vibrant and dynamic community of Lincoln and make it easier to find information about the programs and services offered by the Town. The new website also expands the Town’s online offerings and services to be more engaging and most importantly, improve customer experience. The Town will continue to expand its online services in the coming months, through the introduction of online permitting software and more interactive tools, which will be seamlessly incorporated into this new, modern website.
“On behalf of Lincoln Council, we’re pleased to introduce a refreshed and engaging new website to the community,” said Town of Lincoln Mayor Sandra Easton. “This was an exciting opportunity to improve our virtual gateway into the Lincoln community and greatly improve the user experience for everyone.”
“The Town prides itself on customer service excellence in all that we do – whether it is in-person, over the phone or in our digital tools,” added the Town’s Chief Administrative Officer Michael Kirkopoulos. “Our new and improved website aims to keep current with market trends and ensure that our community members and visitors can find what they are looking for with ease.”
The Town continues to seek public feedback on the new website via our public engagement site, SpeakUpLincoln.ca. Thank you to everyone who has already participated in the survey while the website was in the beta phase. The survey will remain open until February 28. All participants will be entered into a draw to win a Town of Lincoln/Niagara Benchlands swag bag including free Town of Lincoln Recreation passes.
