Lincoln, ON – (July 28, 2023) – The Town of Lincoln, in collaboration with The Lincoln Garden Club & Horticultural Society, is pleased to announce the winners of the 2023 Lincoln in Bloom gardening contest.

The primary goal of this contest was to inspire residents to embrace gardening as a means to beautify Lincoln neighbourhoods and foster a strong sense of community. We extend our gratitude to all the nominators, nominees, and the volunteer committee, whose passion and community spirit made this contest a great success.

“On behalf of the Town of Lincoln, we are very grateful and appreciate everyone who took the time to participate in this year’s Lincoln in Bloom contest,” said Town of Lincoln Mayor Sandra Easton. “Congratulations to all the winners, and let us continue to grow, prosper, and belong together as a strong and vibrant community.”

The evaluation process involved master gardeners and trained horticulturists who assessed front yards based on various criteria, including design, visual appearance, environmental considerations, and that overall "wow" factor.

We proudly present the 2023 Lincoln in Bloom winners:

  • First Overall Residential Front Yard: 4135 Stadelbauer Drive, Beamsville
  • Runner Up: 4856 King Street, Beamsville
  • Runner Up: 3925 Carolyn Court, Vineland

Honorable Mentions:

  • 4222 William Street, Beamsville
  • 5155 Meadowood Lane, Beamsville
  • 3658 Lakeshore Road, Beamsville

In addition, we wish to extend a Letter of Recognition to 4478 Lincoln Avenue, Beamsville, for her contribution to our town's beautiful landscape.
