Media Release: Community feedback invited on Town of Lincoln website redevelopment
Lincoln, ON (December 10, 2021) – The Town of Lincoln is undergoing a website redevelopment and is inviting community members to share what they would like to see in a redesigned municipal website. The Town is excited about the opportunity to improve this important communications tool and virtual gateway for Lincoln. We would like to hear from the community about how the website can better serve its residents, visitors, businesses, and stakeholders.
The Town would like to enhance this online resource to be engaging, provide additional services online and, more importantly, expand our customer experience. The Town prides itself on customer service excellence; the redesign of our website will ensure it is current with market trends, making it easy to use and informative for our community members and visitors.
"A municipal website is an essential online resource that must be user friendly, attractive, and accessible to all community members," said Town of Lincoln Mayor Sandra Easton. "Learning from the community on what they would like to see in a redeveloped website is important to us and will help make this project a success for all. We encourage everyone to participate in the survey and have their voice heard."
