Lincoln, ON (October 14, 2022) - The Town of Lincoln will have two advanced in-person Voting at Town Hall.

Advanced Polls – In Person

  • October 15 & 19 | 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Town Hall

** Accessible voting equipment will be available.

Assigning a Voting Proxy

  • A voting proxy is someone who will cast a ballot on another’s behalf in their absence.
  • The person acting as a proxy must also be an eligible elector.
  • If an individual wants to appoint a voting proxy, forms can be picked up at the Clerk's office during regular business hours up to and including polling day (October 24, 2022), or the form can be found online here: Appointment for Voting Proxy – Form 3.
  • It is recommended that, where possible, proxy voting takes place during Advance Voting, mainly for the convenience of the appointee.

When you go to vote:

  • Voter Notification Cards were mailed the week of September 19, 2022, and contains where and when you can vote, including advance and internet voting.
  • If you did not receive your Voter Notification Card in the mail by September 30, 2022, you can still vote by bringing the acceptable and applicable valid identification.
  • If you would like a Voter Notification Card, please contact the Clerks and Legislative Service Department
