The Town of Lincoln is pleased to offer a special Valentine's Day promotion for civil wedding ceremonies!
What couples need to know
- Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026,
- Location: Lincoln Estates Winery, 3870 Tintern Rd, Lincoln, ON L0R 2C0
- Time slots available:
- 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
- 10:45 a.m.-11:45 a.m.
- 2:15 p.m.-3:15 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What you need to do before your ceremony
- Schedule an appointment at Town Hall (see contact info below)
- Get a valid Ontario marriage licence in advance, complete the Civil Ceremony Application & sign the contract
- Arrive on time
- Provide 2 witnesses (must be 18+, have valid photo ID and understand the proceedings/understand English)
- Keep guests within the stated limits

What the Town provides
- A licensed municipal officiant
- A legal civil wedding ceremony
- Completion of marriage license and filing of marriage documents
- Venue provided by Lincoln Estates
- A package supplied by the local Beamsville BIA including wedding/newlywed related coupons/vouchers and experiences from local businesses
- Basic photos of your ceremony
Ceremony details
- Length: ~15 minutes; space will be available for 1 hour total
- Guests: Maximum of 25 people
- Parking: Maximum of 15 vehicles
- This is a shared event day, so ceremonies are required to stay on schedule
Fees
- Total fee: $650
- Deposit: $250 (non-refundable)
- Remaining balance due when booking your time
Cancellation Policy
- Before Friday, February 6, 2026 → refund minus deposit
- After Friday, February 6, 2026 → no refund
