Lincoln, ON – (June 20, 2025) – The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Town of Lincoln a Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the second year in a row, in recognition of its 2025 Budget. This esteemed award represents a major accomplishment for the Town, highlighting its dedication to excellence in governmental budgeting.

To receive this award, Lincoln’s budget documents were evaluated on their ability to serve as a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide, and a communications tool.
