The applicant/owner will need to supply a plan showing the details of the occupied area. The plan must legible and field verified. The following information shall be included:
- A key plan, showing the location of the site in relation to the nearest major intersection.
- A north arrow must be provided on the plan.
- A legend and all items clearly labelled.
- The municipal address of the property, including street name.
- The location of property lines to be noted.
- Drawing date.
- Any existing structures within the road allowance (i.e., streetlights, pedestals, trees, etc.).
- Sketch of proposed work.
Failure to include basic information may result in the drawings being rejected or processing of the permit being delayed.
If a Traffic Control Plan is required, please read the Conditions section of the permit application and apply all required information on the drawing.
