An Application has been submitted on behalf of the owner of a property located at 4339 Twenty-First Street in the Town of Lincoln.

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone Part 1 to a site-specific Agricultural Purposes Only (APO) Zone to preclude future residential use on the lands. The application also seeks to permit an interior side yard setback of 5 metres for an existing barn in Part 1, whereas the minimum interior side yard setback is 6 metres for accessory structures in the Agricultural (A) Zone. In addition, the application seeks to permit a lot frontage of 8 metres for Part 2, whereas 45 metres is the required in the Agricultural (A) Zone.
