Project Update
Rotomill has completed the Full Depth Reclamation with Expanded Asphalt Stabilization (FDR EAS) along Hillside Dr. and Aberdeen Rd. except for the closed area at the south end of Aberdeen. The contractor (Walker Construction) has paved both roads with base asphalt and is currently completing stormwater work near King Street, along with constructing armor stone retaining walls and concrete curbs. Temporary driveway transitions are now complete and will remain in place until spring, when permanent driveway restoration will be completed.
Please be advised that the section of road at the south end of Aberdeen Rd. will remain closed until Hydro One and the utility companies have completed their relocation works. Once complete, the contractor will proceed with constructing this last section of the roadway.
