TOWN OF LINCOLN PARKS

The Town of Lincoln has several wonderful community and neighbourhood parks for residents and visitors to use.  The parks offer a variety of sports facilities, playgrounds, walking trails and passive areas.

Charles Daley Park

Charles Daley Park is a 22.5 acre waterfront park located on the North Service Road between Jordan Road and Seventh Street.  The park is open all year and functions as a passive park for picnicking, group gatherings, beachcombing and special events.

Charles Daley Park has many features for the recreationalist including;

  • Two beautiful beachfronts;
  • A picnic area, playground, walking trails, plenty of open space and parking;
  • Two inlets of the Fifteen and Sixteen Mile Creeks provide a picturesque area to canoe, paddle and fish.

Charles Daley Park is one of the few remaining publicly owned “green” sites on the lakeshore in this sector of the Niagara waterfront.

The Friends of Charles Daley Park have received a Let Them Be Kids Helping Hands Award to help them build a new Community playground at Charles Daley Park.  This Award will match 40 cents to every 60 cents the community contributes.  There are lots of ways to get involved in this project.  To find out more information, go to the following link: Friends of Charles Daley Park
