Speed Hump - Pilot Program

Temporary Removable Speed Hump - Pilot Program

The Town of Lincoln has launched a pilot program for speed humps and have placed temporary removable speed humps on Serena Drive and Garden Gate Terrace.  These locations were identified as a result of resident concerns regarding the speed of traffic, volume of short cutting traffic and driver non-compliance.

The Speed Hump Pilot Program has been in effect since June of 2017 and the temporary speed humps will be removed before the winter season.

The Public Works Department is now seeking feedback on this initiative and it's impact to the concerns identified by residents. Your opinions and comments are important and will help determine the overall benefit and public acceptance of the speed humps.  This will also help determine whether or not the installation of a permanent speed hump should be considered.

The Town is requesting that residents complete a short online survey before November 24, 2017
