PROPERTY STANDARDS BY-LAW REVIEW
PUBLIC INFORMATION CENTRE

The Council of the Town of Lincoln is currently reviewing its Property Standards By-law No. 03-45, originally enacted on May 5, 2003.  The purpose of the review is to ensure that the by-law accurately and realistically reflects minimum community standards for the maintenance of buildings and property in the Town.  Some examples of standards covered by the by-law include heating and heating systems, electrical and plumbing services, pest prevention and basic standards of maintenance for yards, vacant land and buildings.

Members of the public are invited to attend a Public Information Centre (PIC) regarding this by-law review to be held:

Tuesday February 9, 2016
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Town of Lincoln Municipal Building

A brief presentation will occur regarding the review process at 7:00 pm. For additional information about the review Click Here .
