NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ROAD ALLOWANCE CLOSING AND SALE PROCESSES

The Council of the Town of Lincoln is currently reviewing the processes that it has in place to deal with applications it receives from the public to close and convey municipal road allowances. 

Members of the public are advised that the Town’s Council Business Planning (Committee of the Whole) will hold a Public Hearing to allow any person in attendance at the hearing to formally make submissions to Council regarding the policy review and the moratorium currently in place regarding the disposal of surplus road allowances.  The meeting will be held

February 29, 2016
