Notice of Public Hearing - Property Standards By-law Review

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPERTY STANDARDS BY-LAW REVIEW

The Council of the Town of Lincoln is currently reviewing its Property Standards By-law No. 03-45, originally enacted on May 5, 2003.  The purpose of the review is to ensure that the by-law accurately and realistically reflects minimum community standards for the maintenance of buildings and property in the Town.  Some examples of standards covered by the by-law include heating and heating systems, electrical and plumbing services, pest prevention and basic standards of maintenance for yards, vacant land and buildings.

Members of the public are advised that the Town’s Finance and Administration Committee will hold a Public Hearing to allow any person in attendance at the hearing to formally make submissions to Council regarding the by-law review.  The meeting will be held:

February 22, 2016
7:00 p.m.
Town of Lincoln Municipal Building
4800 South Service Road, Beamsville
L0R 1B1
